R&D interests in semiconductor physics, high-power semiconductor switches, and HV solid-state generators for nano and subnanosecond pulses

Amar TilmatineProfessor at the Djillali Liabes University of Sidi Bel-Abbes, Algeria. Co-founder of both the IEEE Algeria section and Algerian Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He directs the APELEC laboratory and manages the "Industrial Technologies" platform at the University. He holds 21 patents, published over 150 scientific papers and authored two books on electromagnetic fields and high voltage techniques.

Richard HellerProfessor of Medical Engineering at the University of South Florida. Previously was Executive Director of the Center for Bioelectrics at Old Dominion University. He is considered one of the leading experts in gene electrotransfer. R&D interests mainly focused on non-viral gene therapy. He has also been involved in translating the approach to both human and veterinary clinical trials. Previously served as President of the ISEBTT.
